Data Center Information

..No-compromise, best-in-class hosting environment

Zaidsoft uses world class datacenter(s) to host the server(s). We understand that the quality of datacenter plays a major role in deploying mission critical content and application. All datacenters being used by Zaidsoft, confirm to following minimum requirements (specifications):-

Redundant Ultra-High Bandwidth Connectivity

Incorporating multiple enterprise-class Cisco Catalyst™ series switches and multiple Tier 1 Service Providers,We provides the highest degree of security against network downtime and the fastest possible data transfer Our customers benefit from 99.99% network uptime.

Network Monitoring Systems

The Datacenter uses industry-standard SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and provides round-the-clock monitoring of all hardware, including routers, switches, UPS systems, and servers. The Network Operations Center also monitors power, environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity), generator status, and network connectivity.

Hardware

The Datacenter utilizes ONLY top name brand hardware. The facility is centered on a Cisco™ Routers. Servers utilize Intel™/Asus™/Abit™ motherboards, Intel™ Processors, 3Com™/Intel™ network cards.

UPS Systems & Backup Power Generator

Datacenter has 3-Phase AC power. The facility is backed up and protected by UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems on each individual rack. In a very rare case of utility outage, our auto-switched power generators start automatically, taking over for the UPS systems and supplying all necessary power for the facility.

Network Security

Our network is a fully switched network. Traffic destined for a website hosted on a server at our datacenter is sent only through switching equipment necessary to deliver the information to that server. This minimizes the risk of someone sniffing or capturing traffic being sent across the network.

Regulated Climate Control

Precision-controlled air conditioning systems protect and cool mission-critical servers and equipment in the Network Operations Center. These systems provide a virtually dust-free and particle-free computing environment, with temperature, humidity, and air-quality regulation.
